Devereaux Library
Devereaux Library in the heart of campus is home to books, periodicals, and electronic information - databases that are critical to your School of Mines success.
The four-story building provides a wide variety of resources and services for students, faculty, staff, and the community. The library's collection supports the entire range of academic disciplines, with a primary focus on science and engineering. It contains nearly 200,000 volumes and facilitates access to multiple online databases.
Available for use at the library:
- Copiers
- Microform readers and printers
- Computer terminals for library research
- Computer lab for students
- Fax machine for campus related business
- CD, DVD, and VHS players for in-house use
- Replacement batteries for TabletPCs
Study areas are located throughout the library's four floors:
- Individual study and group carrels
- Study tables
- Group study tables
- Private study rooms for individuals or small groups
- Downtime - an area to relax with soft furniture and popular reading materials
- i-hub - the library's electronic information center
