- The specialization in Pre-Professional Health Sciences provides students with a strong background in science that prepares them for entry into a variety of graduate and professional programs, including Pre-Chiropractic, Pre-Optometry, Pre-Dentistry, Pre-Medicine, Pre-Occupational Therapy, Pre-Physician’s Assistant, Pre-Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, and Medical Radiography.
- The specialization in Science, Technology, and Society combines a strong science background with a firm grounding in environmental, social, and science policy issues. Students pursue a science concentration, such as environmental science, or a minor in a science field, which is complemented by studies in areas such as political science, history, humanities, English, and philosophy. The coursework prepares students for additional study in law school or in public policy programs.
