The School of Mines offers such and excellent value that we've been named one of America's Best College Buys for ten consecutive years. 2007 total costs for tuition, fees, room, board, books, and our TabletPC program are approximately $12,200 for South Dakota residents and $13,400 for non-residents.
In addition, the School of Mines disperses more than $11 million in financial aid. That works out to 83 percent of our students receiving financial aid with the average award being $7,200.
