Natalie Honey was born and raised in the Black Hills and considers Rapid City to be her hometown. She has traveled much and has lived in diverse communities such as Atlanta, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, but has always been drawn back to the beauty of the Black Hills. Many of her travels were due to the higher education degrees she was pursuing. Natalie believes everyone should be able to have the same opportunities.
Natalie is a strong advocate for higher education and she says that she is proud to be affiliated with such a prestigious institution as the School of Mines.
" I think you will find our students feel the same way," says Natalie. "They take pride in the high-quality education that they receive here."
