Special Applications for Admissions

The Undergraduate Supplemental Application is for those who completed the South Dakota Public Higher Education Undergraduate Application for Admission.

The Undergraduate Student Readmission Form is for students who previously attended a South Dakota Regental University, but discontinued their enrollment.

The Dual Enrollment Form is for students who wish to take courses at the School of Mines while still in high school.

If you desire to take classes at the School of Mines without being classified as a degree-seeking student, use the Application for Non-degree Seeking Student.
