Undergraduate Supplemental Application for Admission and Scholarships
If you completed the
South Dakota Public Higher Education Undergraduate Application for Admission and applied to the School of Mines, you will also need to complete the Undergraduate Supplemental Application for Admission and Scholarships.
The Supplemental Application is utilized by the School of Mines in making admission decisions for all entering students as well as selecting freshman scholarship recipients.
To be considered for scholarships you must have completed both the Admission Application and the Supplemental Application and submitted them to the Office of Admissions no later than February 1 prior to the fall you plan to attend the School of Mines.
If you have not already completed the South Dakota Public Higher Education Undergraduate Application for Admission, and plan to apply only to the School of Mines, please apply directly to the School of Mines (you do not need to submit the Supplemental Application in that case).
