- The specialization in Business Applications in Science and Technology combines a strong background in mathematics and natural sciences with coursework in business. Through collaboration with the Black Hills State University College of Business and Technology , students in this area of study complete a minor in either business administration or entrepreneurial studies. This specialization also prepares students for additional study in Master of Business Administration or Technology Management programs.
- The specialization in Pre-Professional Health Sciences provides students with a strong background in science that prepares them for entry into a variety of graduate and professional programs, including Pre-Chiropractic, Pre-Optometry, Pre-Dentistry, Pre-Medicine, Pre-Occupational Therapy, Pre-Physician’s Assistant, Pre-Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, and Medical Radiography.
- The specialization in Science, Technology, and Society combines a strong science background with a firm grounding in environmental, social, and science policy issues. Students pursue a science concentration, such as environmental science, or a minor in a science field, which is complemented by studies in areas such as political science, history, humanities, English, and philosophy.
